چکیده

Biodiesel is widely known as the alternative fuel for diesel engine, but it comes with its fair share of challenges. To minimize pertinent drawbacks, additives become an essential tool and help improve renewable fuel’s properties. In this current research, biodiesel obtained from rice bran oil cotton seed oil, diethyl ether additive. Diethyl good oxygen content, high cetane number, low viscosity. Experiments were performed on a variable compression ratio engine at 18:1, injection pressure (170 bar, 180 190 bar 200 bar) timing (20, 21, 22 23°bTDC) four different dual blends (5%, 10%, 15% 20% by volume). Different ratios 1%, 2.5% 5% combination examined in single-cylinder, four-stroke engine. The emission performance features discussed loads constant speeds. It was observed that using improved brake thermal efficiency, brake-specific consumption decreased carbon dioxide oxides nitrogen emissions. reduction contributes to biodiesel’s acceptability environment’s benefit. This investigation found ether, along blends, has better viability engines.
